Citrina is a beautiful and very fragrant night blooming daylily. Here is the bloom the day after it bloomed at night.

The roots of citrina are shown below. They are long solid roots. The plant stays in a cluster and grows into many flowering scapes. It is a long and hardy bloomer.

Below is the bloom at night. This is a magnificent bloom reaching peak at 21:00 to 23:00 in the late evening. Use of deer repellant sprays seems to keep the deer from grazing.

This is the budding and flowers. The tips of the buds are dark color, almost a dark reddish in coloration. The seed pods also have that color as well. The plant shows good branching.
